Terms & Conditions of Service

A written quote will be provided based on details supplied by the client. Quotes are valid for thirty (30) days and are subject to change as project elements are finalised. Acceptance of the quote must be communicated in writing, accompanied by a 10% deposit and a purchase order referencing the specific quote number

Transportation of goods will be arranged by Attwell Engineering unless otherwise specified. If the client arranges transport for shipping containers, the transport provider must be able to load and unload the containers themselves. If unable, an additional $800 fee will be applied. Attwell Engineering will advise transport dates to clients arranging their own transport with 7 days notice. Goods must be collected from the Attwell Engineering yard on the specified date to avoid disruption to other scheduled works. Failure to collect goods on the specified date will result in a $100 holding fee per day. If no date is specified prior, the client has 7 days from date of notice to arrange collection from Attwell Engineering yard. Goods that clients drop off at Attwell Engineering need to be received on the specified date, or a $100 administration fee will be applied per change of date. While Attwell Engineering will take due care in preparing goods adequately for transport, it is not responsible for any damages incurred during transportation.

Payment is required within seven (7) days of job completion, unless specified otherwise. For jobs exceeding $10,000 in value, installment payments will be required throughout the project. These will be discussed on an individual client basis. Late payments will incur a 10% administration fee.

Attwell Engineering is committed to ensuring that all products and services comply with the relevant Australian Consumer Standards. This includes meeting all safety, durability, and quality requirements as outlined under Australian law. If a product or service does not meet the expected standard, Attwell Engineering will take the necessary steps to rectify the issue, including repair or replacement in accordance with consumer rights. Additionally, Attwell Engineering upholds fair trading practices, providing clients with accurate information about services and pricing to ensure transparency and trust. All disputes regarding compliance with consumer standards will be handled in a fair and timely manner in accordance with Australian consumer protection laws.

Once a quote is accepted, the job is considered confirmed. Cancellations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis; however, the client remains liable for the quoted works upon acceptance of the quote. Fabrications are non-refundable. If an issue occurs due to the manufacturing process, the item will be repaired or replaced in line with applicable Australian consumer laws.

All intellectual property created by Attwell Engineering remains the sole property of Attwell Engineering unless otherwise agreed upon before the commencement of work. This includes, but is not limited to: Drawings, plans, reports All digital content captured by Attwell Engineering's social media team remains the sole property of Attwell Engineering. This content may be edited and used across any of Attwell Engineering’s social media platforms or online locations

Attwell Engineering takes client confidentiality seriously and will not discuss client works outside of the client relationship. Non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) can be arranged upon request.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the current applicable laws and regulations of Western Australia.

Any disputes should first be addressed by contacting the Attwell Engineering management team for resolution.

By engaging Attwell Engineering's services, the client agrees to the Terms and Conditions outlined in this document
